We are looking to recruit dynamic Clinical Leaders for our Adult Services and Older Person Mental Health services, you must have excellent communication skills along with an understanding of the relevant national policies and frameworks and the Mental Health Act. As well as managing the team alongside the ward manager, you'll be ensuring the ward is run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with our clients standards.
From you, we will need commitment and drive to provide the highest quality of care. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this post, as you'll be working within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with a wide variety of people. A knowledge of, and interest in, the mentoring of students and the supervision and appraisal processes is also desirable. In return, we will provide you with ongoing opportunities to develop new skills and further your career, as well as providing you with an environment where teams are supportive and supported.
