On behalf of a medium sized, person centred organisation I am looking for a Nursing Home Manager for one of their superb, large Nursing Homes near Chigwell in Essex...
My client has been operating for over 20 years and they pride themselves of delivering excellent care from dedicated staff teams across the South East of England. My client now has a vacancy for a Nursing Home Manager at one of their superb care homes in Essex. The home is purpose built and modern with some excellent on site facilities including several comfortable lounges, tranquil gardens and patio area's. The home caters for older people, dementia and young physically disabled. It has a Good CQC report and good local reputation.
Your role as Nursing Home Manager will include but will not limited to ensuring the smooth day to day running of the home, devising staff roster's, recruitment of staff, carrying out discaplinaries and appraisals, liaising with CQC, social workers, GP's and residents loved ones, marketing beds.
In order to be considered for the Nursing Home Manager role you will:
- Be an experienced nursing home manager
- Be a qualified Nurse (although a non nurse with the right experience wil be considered)
- Ideally hold a relevant Management qualification
- Possess excellent leadership skills
- Be able to demonstrate passion for care of the elderly
- Possess excellent budgeting and marketing skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be smartly presented
In return for your passion and commitment my client is offering The Nursing Home Manager a competitive package that is negotiable for the right person, £50'000 - £55'000 salary, KPI bonus scheme.
This position would suit an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, RGN Home Manager, RMN Home Manager, Nurse Matron Manager, non nurse qualified Nursing Home Manager.
