Endoscopy - Theatre Practitioner - NHS Band 5

We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Theatre Endoscopy Practitioner to join our client's busy NHS Units located near Cockfosters, outer North London, TfL travelcard zone 5 and accessible via the M25 Junctions 23 and 24.
This is a full-time permanent post however our client is open to hearing from Practitioners who may be seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity, although rigid rostering may not be accommodated.
Our client is a major NHS London NHS Trust with a catchment of over 1.5 million people; this Trust has a major Endoscopy Unit in Hampstead and two other Hospital sites in Barnet and Chase Farm, near Cockfosters North London.
These outerlying sites provides an elective and emergency endoscopy service and procedures include: Gastroscopy; Colonoscopy; flexisigmoidoscopy; Bronchoscopy; PEG insertion and removal in addition to Respiratory endoscopy.
The unit is open 7 days a week and there is a 24hour nurse on call service to support out of hours work.
We are also able to offer accommodation for Nurses relocating to London for this, or any of our other London roles.
Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with full valid NMC / HCPC registration as appropriate.
At least six months' experience within Endoscopy or Operating Theatres; including articulate and motivated graduate ODPs with a desire to develop further into the Endoscopy Practitioner role.
We are able to consider non-EEA applicants requiring a Certificate of Sponsorship however it is a condition that you hold either full NMC registration or completed IELTS with a score of 7.0 to commence your NMC registration process.
Nurses with an IELTS score of no lower than 6.0 in any category are welcome to contact us for free pre-IELTS test coaching.
