Acute Medical Assessment - Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our client's busy Acute Medical Assessment Unit based at their major hospital site located in Southend-on-Sea on the Essex coast.
Southend has a long history as an English seaside town; just 40 miles, and under an hour by train from Central London.
Nearby Southend Airport offers access to a number of European destinations .

Our client is a major NHS Trust on the Essex coast; their stated aim is 'High quality care for every patient, every time'.
The main hospital site has nearly 700 beds, providing care to a catchment area of almost Apply.
The Acute Medical Unit is an assessment and admissions unit for acutely unwell patients. You will treat emergency admissions from the A&E department and take direct referrals from GPs.
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.
Minimum of one year's post-registration experience in an appropriate acute clinical setting.
Can care for Level 1 and 2 patients unsupervised.
We are able to consider non-EEA applicants requiring a Certificate of Sponsorship however it is a condition that you hold either full NMC registration or completed IELTS with a score of 7.0 to commence your NMC registration process.
Nurses with an IELTS score of no lower than 6.0 in any category are welcome to contact us for free pre-IELTS test coaching.
