Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking Anaesthetic Theatre practitioners with a commitment to high standards of patient care to join a well -established team within the theatre department.
About the Role
You will work as part of the multi disciplinary team to deliver a high standard of care to patients undergoing medical treatment. You will be responsible for the assessment of patients care needs and for the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
You will ensure high standards of care for patients and their families by:
· Delivery and management of direct nursing care
· Working with agreed standards and according to NMC or HPC Code of Conduct
· Being accountable for patient outcomes
· Enhancing the quality of care by assisting with the management of change in nursing practice based on evidence/research.
