‘Every day I am a professional, advocate, carer, educator and friend… I am a Nurse’ - Tracey, Registered Nurse, Guild Care
At Guild Care, we look for people to care for our Residents who possess both a high level of clinical skills as well as the empathy and the ability to treat, care and support the ‘whole person’…
We are an organisation at the heart of a thriving local community where people are able to choose and help shape the services they need to enjoy healthy, engaging and independent lives. Whatever your background or experience Guild Care will ensure you are given every opportunity that values everyone’s individual qualities.
At Guild Care, our Registered Nurse team really get to know our Residents resulting in person-centred care & support. We want to give our Nursing team the time to support someone’s emotional well-being in addition to their physical well-being. It is truly a multidisciplinary role working with GPs, OTs, Physios, Care & Support staff, families and, most importantly, the individual themselves.
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses, especially those with experience working in a Nursing/ Residential home environment. Although clinical skills are vital, we are really looking for people that can make a difference to the lives of our Residents, who can make some smile and have empathy for others. As part of the nursing team at Guild Care you will be expected to comply with standards of professional practice and maintain valid registration with the NMC to practice.
Guild Care has so much to offer and can provide you with the opportunity to enhance and maximise the skills you’ve learned during your degree or previous career pathway. We provide exciting and forward-thinking services and are committed to providing person centred care delivered through innovative technology
