Providing leadership to the care team in the delivery of person centred care and support to residents, ensuring that the care provided is delivered efficiently and in a manner that at all times upholds the organisations values and ensures that the resident needs are met.
With a strong clinical background, you will be the nurse in charge with the skills required to successfully lead and manage the team, providing guidance and carrying out performance assessments when required.
With responsibility for creating, updating and the implementation of individual care plans, administration of medication, completion of audits and pre-assessment of residents, you should have a strong clinical experience and the interpersonal skills required to maintain excellent relationships with the residents within the home and their families and with professionals within the community.
