We are looking for individuals who not only have experience and skills that will benefit the Residents you care for but will also inspire and develop your colleagues and those who interact with you on a daily basis.
As such exceptional communication and relationship skills are required as well as a proven track record of leadership and management. You will be a registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN and relevant experience, preferably caring for older Residents, although this is not essential. It is a given however that you are able to demonstrate your ability to lead and build successful and lasting relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues alike.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and competencies:
• Current NMC PIN
• Relevant qualifications and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leading and Supervising
• Writing and reporting
• Deciding and initiating action
• Relationship and Team Building Skills
Role and Responsibilities:
Using your clinical expertise and effective leadership skills, you will support the Home Managers in the day to day running of the home ensuring it runs efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. There may be occasions when you will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with HC-One’s procedures and NMC guidelines The role includes delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct Nursing care whilst effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
