Role: Theatre Manager
Salary: £50,000, 10% Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, free on- site parking
Hours: Full Time
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity to join a very-well regarded and fast-growing private healthcare group in a key role within one of their leading hospitals.
Reporting directly to the Head of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for managing 2 theatres and an endoscopy unit that provide a wide range of acute surgical lists. The role is 30% clinical and 70% non-clinical, therefore you'll enjoy the opportunity to develop your theatre managerial and leadership skills, whilst still maintaining a hands-on approach.
You will be part of the hospital's Senior Management Team and will have input into the strategic decisions for this established and successful private hospital.
Coming from either an NHS or Private Sector background, you can be either a Registered Nurse or ODP.
About the Hospital:
The hospital houses 36 private rooms, 24 beds, 1 endoscopy unit, 2 extensively equipped operating theatres plus and extended recovery unit. Orthopaedic and Cosmetic Surgery are this hospital's key specialities. The radiology suite includes a state of the art diagnostic imaging suite which provides X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI Scans, and CT scans.
With a highly-rated patient satisfaction and a good level of Consultant satisfaction, the hospital prides itself on its wide range of services that are all provided by specialist doctors and nurses in a relaxed, family-feel comfortable environment.
