We are recruiting for one of the World's largest private care hospital groups who have been recent winners for the Best Private Healthcare provider and Best International Cancer Services. They are currently expanding the Hospital and looking to recruit new staff to their departments.
You will be joining the 24-hour Critical Care Unit that has the most up to date technology. This unit specialises in Critical Care Level 2 and 3 patients.
For the role of Junior Sister - ITU you will need to provide a high standard of care to your patients by constantly assessing/planning/implementing and evaluating their needs. You will be responsible to plan and deliver care for all admissions and discharges within the unit.
It is vital as Junior Sister - ITU that you can quickly understand and identify clinical problems that may arise and know how to take appropriate actions. You will use your current knowledge to spot signs and symptoms of your patients.
You will get the opportunity to partake in additional roles such as venipuncture, cannulation and phlebotomy and potentially deputise for seniors when they are absence.
About the Individual:
To be successful for this position you must be a registered General Nurse with NMC pin. You need to use your ITU experience and have the ability to manage ventilated and non-ventilated patients self-sufficiently.
