We are recruiting for one of the World's largest private care hospital group who have been recent winner for the Best Private Healthcare provider and Best International Cancer Services. You will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm).
For the role of Practice Development Nurse, you will be working closely with the Managers within the department. You will be expected to incorporate educational strategies and programmes to ensure that a high quality clinical service is being delivered within ICU unit.
You will help develop all levels of nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting high-quality nursing standards. Practice Development Nurses, undertake audits within the critical care environments and are expected to initiate change when appropriate.
As Practice Development Nurse, you will be expected to keep up to date with current research of national recommendations, developments, and guidance within critical care.
About the Individual:
To be successful for this position you must be a registered General Nurse with NMC pin. You will possess experience with critical care at a senior nurse level. You will hold a Teaching and mentorship qualification and intensive care qualification.
