Our client is an acute private hospital division and is the largest independent provider of private health care in the UK. It has over 60 hospitals nationwide. Each hospital is equipped with the latest technology and handling over Apply inpatient and 1, Apply outpatient visits each year.
For the role of Lead Cancer nurse your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Manage the Oncology Department and 24-hour oncology helpline
- Plan and deliver high standards of care for all patients
- Ensure smooth running of the in-patient care and chemotherapy unit
- Provide training, education, and professional development to all levels of nursing staff

About the Individual:
To be successful for the role you must be a Registered Nurse (Adult) and be NMC Registered. You must be educated to degree level, possess oncology experience, oncology qualifications, chemotherapy qualification and a Teaching and Assessing qualification.
