Staff Nurse required in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Luxury nursing home, paying up to £16/hr. Days and nights available.
My client has been providing care to the highest standard for over 50 years. They are recruiting a Staff Nurse to work within their beautiful Nursing Home in Tunbridge Wells.
The Home itself is tastefully decorated, with impressive grounds and landscaped gardens. This is enjoyed by the staff and residents alike. My client strives to provide a real home feel environment, and the successful candidate will share my client's passion for care.
The Home currently has a good CQC rating, and the successful candidate will genuinely want to maintain this, by delivering the highest standard of care. With modern facilities, and an excellent training programme, you will be given all the tools necessary to do this.
You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Staff Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role is 36 hours a week, and is fully flexible offering days or nights.
My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Hours: Days and Nights available - 36 Hours per week
Care: Dementia, Residential, General Physical, Respite
Desirable: Excellent command of the English language, fantastic clinical skills and a caring nature
