Salary: £26,538 - £35,928 + £1,641 clinical allowance + shift enhancements

The role of Clinical Nurse Leader
You’ll be the most senior nurse on the ward, maintaining a high profile and visible presence, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll lead the nursing shift team, driving the clinical model and contribute to improvements in practice, in conjunction with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
What you will need for this role
Substantial experience of working in men's mental health or ASD services is going to be important. Leadership, excellent communication and people management skills are also key, as you’ll be relied upon to keep your team happy and motivated.
