An opportunity has arisen for a Unit Manager to join the team! As a Unit Manager within this organisation, the aim of your role is to be responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of clinical care according to the codes of the NMC and to provide care within the Philosophy of the Company and to lead a designated group of staff and act as a role model at all times, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained.To become a Unit Manager, you will be:
• Registered Nurse with an extensive amount of experience preferably in Neuro Nursing
• Possess a proven track record of leading successful nursing teams with the ability to inspire and motivate under pressure
• Committed to the highest standards of care and excellence
My client offer superb support on every level in order to ensure your success. The role of Unit Manager is to be worked over 40 hours per week, generally Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm although some flexibility will be required. The post holder will also be part of the on-call rota.
The successful Unit Manager will receive:
- A Market Leading salary of circa £40'500 - £49'000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
