Position: Occupational Health Advisor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, capable and pro-active Occupational Health Advisor based in Essex on a permanent, part time basis.
In this position you will be working 1 day a week.
My client is a successful and growing Occupational company who works with all kinds of employers and prides themselves on Health their expert medical advice, dynamic health promotion campaigns and onsite clinical support all as part of a highly personalised service.
You will be based on site in Brentwood.
As an Occupational Health Advisor you must be competent in the full Occupational Health remit, predominantly you will undertake case management although you may be required to undertake some recruitment medicals, health surveillance and immunisation clinics to provide some job variety and flexibility. You will also need to cover treatment and emergency call out services when needed.
In this position you must be able to work autonomously and be able to hit the ground running.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity my client is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor that must be a Registered Nurse.
Having a qualification in Occupational Health is preferred.
You will need to have at least 2 years' experience in Occupational Health.
As an Occupational Health Advisor you will need to have an understanding on clinical governance structures and be able to deal with people from all levels patients and employees to senior management and unions.
You must have strong communication skills and be IT literate.
