An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager on a full time, permanent or contract basis.
The Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the growth, profitability and retention for the business. The Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the service delivery, the business and people management and the development and implementation of new business on site.
The Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the implementation of all Occupational Health services and staff for on site in Romford.
The Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager will work autonomously leading a team of Occupational Health professionals to implement and deliver bespoke, integrated and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing solutions to client workforces.
As an Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager you will lead a cross functional team of Occupational Health Advisors,(OHAs), Occupational Health Physicians (OHPs), administrators, physiotherapists, counsellors and occupational therapists.
The Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager must ensure that customer's satisfaction is always at the core of their focus to optimize the complete range of services available to clients.
To be considered for this excellent Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager opportunity my client is looking for an Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager with extensive senior management/ operations/ leadership experience with both SME's and large blue chip businesses who is highly driven, focused and resourceful.
In this Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager role you will need to be commercially astute, approachable and able to act in a prompt and professional manner.
