My client currently has a new vacancy for a Clinical Lead at their nursing home in Worcestershire. The medium sized home provides specialist dementia and MS care for the elderly. They are seeking an experienced nurse who can support the management team, implement best practice guidance across the home. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• NMC Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN)
• Experience in nursing home as senior nurse/or ready to progress
• Sound understanding of CQC Guidelines
• Dementia care experience
