At Spire Healthcare, we provide the highest standards of healthcare, from the moment our patient gets in touch with us until after treatment has been completed. With over 30 years’ experience, we’re proud of our dedicated and highly trained team, which consistently achieves excellent results. What sets us apart is our people, from the very best medical professionals to attentive and highly experienced support staff. Talented people like you.
This is a very exciting time for Spire Manchester Hospital as we transfer to a new flagship hospital incorporating some of the most up-to-date facilities in the country. Join us in these inspiring surroundings, and you will promote the highest possible standards of care as you deliver education to clinical staff in our Critical Care team. We’ll look to you to identify gaps in staff knowledge and deliver teaching programmes to ward and Critical Care staff to fulfil these training needs and help them grow and develop. You’ll also act as a role model as you deliver planned care to patients and assist in the management of our critical care settings.
As someone who shares our passion for caring, you will be a registered nurse with a critical care course plus a qualification in clinical education or mentorship such as ENB 998 or equivalent. Skilled in working in teams with minimum supervision, you will bring experience of both working in critical care and training clinical staff. A natural leader, able to drive excellence and ensure our teams can succeed together, you’ll be keen to pass on your strong critical care skills. Your talent, empathy and warmth will shine through in your nursing.
Become one of our people, and we offer great training and development opportunities together with an excellent range of benefits, including a personal pension scheme, private medical insurance and a range of entertainment and retail discounts.
