Practice Development Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Development Nurse for our client's unique purpose-built Neurological Care and Neuro-Rehab Centre based between both locations Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire .

This is a full-time role.

Our client is a leading independent provider of specialist neurological care and rehabilitation for people aged 18 onwards with physical conditions, restricted mobility, difficult and diverse behaviours. This centre of excellence strives to nurture dignity and independence, working with both the service user and their families to create personal prescribed care programmes tailored to suit the service user's needs.

The successful candidate will be the lead for nursing practice development across the organisation to ensure the highest standards of nursing and clinical practice for our residents. You will develop the company as a learning environment; ensuring that supervision, mentoring, appraisal, training and continuous professional development take place in a constructive manner for all nursing / care staff.

Person requirements :

Registered Nurse with full NMC registration.

At least 3 year's recent experience of working within a neurological support

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

Proactive, highly organised and able to critically analyse situations and make sound judgements.
