A medium sized home catering for the care of the elderly. This is a modern purpose-built property, with en-suite facilities offering a homely and comfortable residence. The residents have a choice of lounge areas including a secure patio area and garden for residents to enjoy the outdoors. Activity Co-ordinators are able to deliver a programme that is created for the enjoyment of the residents and trips to places of interest are also arranged.
They are looking for a hard working, highly driven Nurse, to become an integral part of the team. You will be required to provide high standards of care whilst working alongside the Deputy and Home Manager ensuirng that the home is pushed to the next level of success.
My client is looking for someone with strong clinical abilities to help maintain the standards of the home and work alongside the Deputy and Home Manager. Experience with dementia is beneficial, including having the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. For this position an RGN/RMN Pin is required.
The salary for this position is £14ph with other competitve benefits
