Clinical Lead (child & adolescent mental health) – Surrey – £39,000 per annum

Primary Care People are seeking a Clinical Lead to work in Surrey, managing clinical escalations in relation to clinical triage and professional referrals.
Professions we can consider include Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or other allied health professionals with significant experience in child and adolescent mental health settings.
You will be responsible for managing escalated incoming referral and enquiry calls and facilitating case flow within the service for allotted appointments, clinician advice, rapid clinical queries, providing appropriate advice and guidance, and navigating the referrer/caller to the right care pathway or service in a timely and efficient manner with the aid of the Service Directory, in order to ensure the One Stop Centre operates a no wrong door approach. You will act as a deputy to the One Stop Centre Manager in their absence by providing clinical leadership to the One Stop Centre as required. Clinical Psychologists will receive appropriate supervision from a clinical psychologist as well as providing supervision for AP’s within the Centre.
