Occupational Health Manager
to £55,000 + travel expenses
I'm looking for an experienced Occupational Health Manager who's seeking a new challenge to manage a comprehensive and large OH service.
You will be working on a single, large and long standing contract for a leading health care provider, covering 3 sites that are local to each other.
As the OH Manager you will be responsible for delivering an excellent occupational health service, with line management duties as well as carrying a small case load.
You will be supported by a strong clinical team who look after the health surveillance and hands on aspects of the service, as well as a team of Occupational Health advisors.
You'll be building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as HR and managers within the business.
You'll be making sure that policies and procedures are up to date, robust and effective, creating management information and participating in audits.
The OH Manager
This is a high level role that will suit a very experienced OH Manager. You will need to have extensive management experience, be able to remotely manage a dispersed team and run a large OH service.
You will need to be a robust manager who is a confident clinical decision maker who is pro active, great at building relationships and with a strong clinical background.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a service that is related to manufacturing, across several sites and large in size.
