Exciting Deputy Manager (RGN) vacancy for Luxury Nursing Home in St Albans. Excellent opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager to work in a large, luxury nursing home. My client is one the country's leading care groups, and provides excellent training and support, as well as competitively salary.

My client is looking for an experiences Deputy Manager to work within their stunning, modern, purpose built nursing home. My client, predominantly, provides nursing, residential and dementia care to the elderly. However they also offer a day care service for the local community, and a respites service

The home is set within a picturesque market town, just outside St Albans. The home is surrounded by landscaped gardens, and decorated tastefully inside and out. This fits in perfectly with the peaceful, relaxing environment found in the surrounding areas.

Mt client provides expert care, and prides themselves on this, so the successful candidate will share my client's passion for care. The home is medium to large, therefore you will have some experience working as a Deputy Manager in a similar environment.

You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Deputy Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer 42 hours per week, with an extremely competitive salary of up to £40k

• Supporting the Home Manager in the running of the home
• Recruiting new staff members
• Management of all staff
• Supernumerary hours allocated
• Ongoing development and training of nursing team
• Monitoring patient care across the home

The successful Deputy Manager (RGN) should:
• Hold a nursing qualification
• Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
• Be registered with the NMC
