My client is a national care provider of services for a range of service users with mental health issues, learning disabilities, behavioural support and other complex needs
They are currently seeking a number of experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their expanding team to work in one of their independent hospitals in Roehampton, South London., Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, their multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.
The successful candidates will be experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN or RNLD) who are flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and interested in working within a modern, forward thinking and effective specialist service. You will be a key member of the multi-disciplinary teams, adopting a pro-active and therapeutic approach to care management with a supportive and healing environment.
The successful candidates will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertaking the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedure and health legislation. You should be prepared to work in an environment that can be very demanding and unpredictable.
We have Registered Mental Health Nurse roles available in a number of wards including CAMHS, CAMHS Eating Disorders, Female Acute and Adult Acute.
As Registered Mental Health Nurses ,you will have the ability to oversee work of junior colleagues and staff, whilst maintaining the care, security and maintenance of equipment, drugs and other consumables on the ward/department. You will have shared responsibility for the confidentiality, security and accuracy of patient records, data and information and ensure good quality patient documentation, which meets regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.

Salary £28,000 - £35,000 pa, plus £2,000 Welcome bonus
