About the Client:
Join one of the largest private hospital based in Yorkshire, who are known for being a leading provider in private healthcare. The members of staff within the hospital take great pride in providing all their patients with a personalised care service. The hospital is based in a great location; it is based in the city centre with a train station nearby.
For the role of Theatre Manager, you will be supporting the Senior Management Team and responsible to ensure that your staff are motivated, supervised and supported at all times. It is also important that you ensure smooth day to day running's within the 3 theatre department.
As Theatre Manager you will be working closely with the Consultants to ensure your patients receive excellent treatment/care across all three theatres. You will be working across a number of specialities which include the following; cardiac, orthopaedic, neurosurgery, general and bariatric surgery. You will also get the opportunity to take on extra HR responsibilities.
About the Individual:
To be successful for the role of Theatre Manager you must be NMC registered, with proven experience at a senior level within a clinical environment. In addition, you must hold a nursing/practitioner qualification and/or postgraduate short courses.
