We are seeking a qualified RMN with Management experience who is looking for a new role with an employer who can offer development, progression and who have a commitment to patient care.

Our client provide quality services and enable their patients with mental health difficulties to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of their multidisciplinary clinical teams.

My clients service offers calming and recovery focused treatment for up to 81 service users. With 6 wards they offer locked and open services across Acute Mental Health, Forensics, Personality Disorders, Complex care, Detox and Rehab - and have both male, female and mixed services.

Personalised treatment programmes are delivered by a multidisciplinary team, specialising in the management and treatment of acute and complex mental health problems.

We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong background in management to join the team as Ward Manger. This position will be to manage the team on the Locked Female specialist Personailty Disorder ward.

Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has a Level 4 /5 NVQ or equivalent qualification in management or alternatively who has 3 years + similar management experience.

Successful candidates will be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for patients, who may have a personality disorder and/or mental illness, encouraging patients to have a real voice in how services develop and in their individualised care pathways.

You will be flexible and supportive, enabling patients to build on their existing strengths and feel positive about their lives.
