In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of an elite care home provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to oversee the complete management and success of their well-established nursing home in Wigston, Leicestershire.

Situated in a great location, this popular nursing home is recognised for providing high quality care and support to older people with nursing and residential care needs.

The home is rated as ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission; however we are searching for a highly motivated Nursing Home Manager to take the lead and have the drive and passion to work towards achieving an ‘Outstanding’ rating.

The successful candidate will have a proven and successful background working as a Registered Manager achieving and maintaining compliant CQC reports within elderly nursing homes. Along with excellent leadership skills we are searching for a Nursing Home Manager with strong business acumen to effectively manage the financial and marketing aspects of the service.

A nursing qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC pin number are essential for this role.

This is a full time, permanent Nursing Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum along with additional benefits.
