Hours: 36 hours per week, permanent
About Our Client:
Our client provides high quality care for up to 53 residents in Slough.

·Provide clinical leadership to nurses in implementation of nursing provision
·Act in advisory capacity to nurses pertaining to quality and safety
·Identify sources of specialist support and expertise
·Act as advisor regarding clinical issues and implementation of guidelines and standards, working closely with management and working groups as necessary
·Promote and support Gold Standards
·Ensure Infection Control Standards are maintained, supporting lead nurses
·Ensure training and education provided meets the needs of nurses and reflects local and national objectives
·Provide orientation and induction for newly hired nurses
·Participate in supervisions, personal development plans
·Facilitate regular meetings with nurses to inform and update them on clinical and quality issues
Who we're looking for:
·A registered Nurse that holds a valid NMC Pin.
·You must have good communication and written skills and be able to be apart of a decision-making process.
·You need to work well within a team as well as on your own initiative.
·A high level of clinical expertise necessary to lead and develop a strong clinical team
