In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of an elite care home provider to recruit a Deputy Nursing Home Manager for their well-established nursing home in Sutton in Ashfield.

Rated as ‘Good’ by CQC, this popular nursing home is dedicated to providing excellent care and support to older people with nursing, residential and palliative care needs. The home is fully supported by a fantastic clinical and care team who work together to provide a safe, homely and friendly environment for residents whilst delivering the highest standards of care.

The successful candidate will join the team as Deputy Home Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager with the day to day management of the home, whilst providing clinical leadership and support to the staff team.

Along with strong clinical skills, we are searching for a Deputy Manager who can lead, mentor and act as a positive role model for the staff team and be at the forefront when identifying areas that can be improved to ensure the home exceeds CQC compliance.

A nursing qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC Pin are essential for this role.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 44 hours per week and will include working alternate weekends. A competitive hourly rate of £16.30 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits including the opportunity to complete ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
