This is a medium sized home that provides care for nursing and dementia residents. This beautiful home is easily accessible and close to all the local amenities.
The home itself is currently CQC compliant and needs a new manager to help push it even further to outstanding levels!
As a senior nurse you will be responsible for assisting the deputy manager and you will be responsible of the clinical staff whilst on shift. You will promote high standards of care and independence of residents. You will also supervise and monitor the care to ensure that it meets the high standards of the organisation and stays within the legal requirements.
* You will need to have a valid PIN and excellent knowledge of dementia and general nursing
* Knowledgeable of CQC
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Be a good relationship builder
The position is looking to pay £17 per hour. This position also offers lots of other fantastic benefits as well!
