Home Manager – Nurse Qualified
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum

In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a respectable care home provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager for their modern, purpose built nursing home in Harrow, North West London.

The nursing home is registered to provide care and support to older people with nursing, residential and dementia care needs. The home is currently not operating to full compliance and therefore requires a focused and committed Home Manager to take the lead and have the drive and passion to move the service forward in a positive direction.

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who has a proven and successful track record working as a Registered Home Manager of medium / large size elderly nursing homes. We are searching for someone who is confident in leading and managing a large staff team along with an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of CQC and current care legislations. Managing budgets and dealing with all personnel issues are aspects of the role and therefore someone with strong business acumen and a commitment to quality standards will be ideal for this position.

A nursing qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC pin number are essential. Experience turning a troubled nursing home around will be advantageous.

This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a very competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum – depending on experience.
