Newly Qualified Nurse (RMN or RGN) - Adult Mental Health and ABI service - Pontypridd, South Wales - Salary from £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.

I am currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Staff Nurse (RMN or RGN) on behalf of one of my highly reputable and care-focused clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Staff Nurse (RMN or RGN) to complete their preceptorship as well.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Newly Qualified Staff Nurse (RMN or RGN) to join an organisation dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to its service users. As a Newly Qualified Nurse (RMN or RGN), you will be responsible for:

-Leading the shift, assessing priorities, delegating available resources effectively and ensuring documentation is completed
-Administering medication
-Reviewing the care needs of patients, analysing trends to ensure clinical reports are maintained accurately and ensuring care is delivered accordingly based on each patient's requirements

As a Newly Qualified Nurse (RMN or RGN), you will have:

-A RMN or RGN qualification
-Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
-The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
-Experience of mental health services
-A genuine passion for nursing, along with an excellent understanding of either learning disabilities or mental health conditions
