Nursing Home Manager - Nottingham
£50,000 per annum + Bonus

Time Recruitment is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to run a medium sized well-regarded care home based in Nottingham. This popular and fully compliant home is able to accommodate up to 60 people. There are 3 separate units provided over two floors offering, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care as well as specialist care for those requiring sub-acute rehabilitation following a stay in Hospital or an accident at home.

Pivotal to the success of the care home, the Home Manager role involves managing staff and resources so that each resident can enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life. Working closely with your clinical deputy manager, you will make sure the quality of individual service and care consistently meets this companies high standards and those of external regulators (CQC)

The home is currently fully compliant with CQC. A key focus for the new manager will be to increase permanent staffing levels and drive occupancy upwards as well as managing the home through an extensive refurbishment programme.

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN and must have at least 2 years' experience as a Nursing Home Manager or 5 years plus deputising in a large care home. Other skills and experiences we are looking for include;

* Must have a proven track record in managing care homes
* Must have an excellent ability to lead a team, providing support and encouragement
* Must have experience with supervisions, appraisals and recruitment of staff
* Must have experience dealing with various organisations including professional bodies

This is a permanent, full time position working 37.5 hours per week offering a highly competitive salary of £50,000 per annum plus benefits including:
