Home Manager – St Leonards on Sea
£52,725 per annum plus performance related bonus

Permanent Contract - 37.5 hours per week

In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly reputable, non-for-profit care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for their Nursing Home in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.

The nursing home is registered to provide care and support for up to 60 older people with nursing, dementia and residential care needs.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and compliance of the service, whilst developing, managing and supporting the staff team to provide the highest standards of person centred care.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Home Manager who has a proven and successful background achieving and maintaining CQC compliance within similar sized nursing homes. We are searching for a strong leader who has an in-depth working knowledge of current CQC expectations and care legislations along with strong business acumen to effectively manage the budgeting and marketing aspects of the service.

A nursing qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC pin number are essential for this role.
