Job Title: Registered Nurse
Salary: £30,000+ (£16.50ph)

About our Client:
Our client is a Luxury retirement village that accommodates up to 79 residents. They offer 24-hour residential and nursing care for both individuals and couples. This retirement village also has separate specialist dementia care.

·Providing nursing support and where necessary take the lead in managing a designated area, including medication rounds.
·You would respond to clinical emergencies during your shifts, as and when required.
·Leading and directing the Healthcare Assistants throughout the shift.
Who we're looking for:
·1-2 years experience within an elderly care or nursing home setting.
·You must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
·Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, to plan implement, evaluate and clearly document care delivery.
· A team player, somebody that is decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
