My client requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within their small, well run care centre. The centre specialises in respite and short term care for patients who have acquired brain injuries resulting in neuro and physical disabilities. This can include high dependency and complex needs, so the successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills.

The centre itself is located outside Dartford, in a rural and landscaped area. It does have a garden, which has pleasant countryside views. This adds to the warm, friendly environment that my client aims to create.

The care provided here is to the highest standard, and you will be provided with the best training going in order to deliver this. The successful candidate will also be passionate about nursing.

The role offers days or night, 33-36 hours per week. It pays up to £16/hr, and has a generous bonus scheme. My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Skills and responsibilities for the Staff Nurse role:
• Supporting the Home Manager in the running of the home
• Recruiting new staff members
• Management of all staff
• Supernumerary hours allocated
• Ongoing development and training of nursing team
• Monitoring patient care across the home

The successful Staff Nurse should:
• Hold a nursing qualification
• Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
• Be registered with the NMC
