Position: Newly qualified Staff Nurse RGN/RMN - Shropshire
36 hours - Days (12hr shifts) - 40 hours per week
Location: Bridgnorth
Pay Rate/ Salary: up to £13.00 per hour

Job Description:
I am currently recruiting for a New qualified Staff Nurse RGN or RMN in the Bridgnorth area. The home is an excellent care home facility that looks to provide the surrounding community with versatile and efficient care packages. A range of nursing requirements can be sourced along with respite needs all adhered to by a talented and experienced team of hard working professionals. The home is a purpose built accommodation ideally suited to fit the needs of elderly individuals requiring specialist dementia needs. The environment is a homely and secure atmosphere making this the ideal setting for the residents, their families and the staff.

Staff Nurse Duties:
• Assess patient's health and well being across a complex and changing caseload.
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
• Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
• Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN or RMN in health and safety and security.
• Assist in maintaining and developing services.
• Contribute to quality improvement.
• Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights.
• Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
• Applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes.

Relevant Qualifications & Experience:
• Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN will be successful at working in teams.
• Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
• Posses training requirements for Staff Nurse - RGN role.
• Including infection control and health and safety competencies.
• Demonstrate principles of acceptable practice as a Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN.
• Passion for Customers.
• Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement.
• Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen as well as the ability to plan and maintain organisation.
• Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and regulation.
• Empathy for vulnerable and sick patients.
