The Nurses (RGN/RMN) are pivotal to the residents' day-to-day enjoyment of a dignified and fulfilling life. You will deliver the highest standards of person centred care and service while respecting residents' independence and choice. The Nurse (RGN/RMN) takes responsibility for care planning, drug administration and consistently meeting high standards and those of the external regulators. The Nurses (RGN/RMN) supervise the appraisal and development of Healthcare Assistants, student Nurses and other care staff. Respecting confidentiality, you will have regular, sensitive contact with residents' families and friends as well as with other health professionals.
(36 hours per week, nights, including alternate weekends, plus overtime opportunities. Night & weekend enhancements apply)
My client is looking for Day and Night nurses across a couple of areas which include and Ferndown, Sturminster Newton areas (Poole/Dorset/Bournemouth) and are looking to pay between £15.00 and £22.00 per hour for these roles as well as an opportunity to join a fantastic company, you will need to be a registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC pin and experience within a similar role/setting.
