We currently have a vacancy for a RMN Deputy Nurse Manager based within 24 bedded service which provides care for adults over the age of 55 with mental health needs.
In this role as Deputy Manager you will oversee the delivery of the service, through the management of the staff team and liaison with the Local Services Manager as well as other identified key staff.
As an adaptable team player, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills, along with an ability to liaise effectively with a range of statutory and voluntary services and other key stakeholders. Experience of working in a supported housing environment or with clients who have a range of complex needs would be an advantage.
You will take a person centred approach to working with people that are being supported and you will have a clear understanding of managing housing management services along with an understanding of CQC standards including putting them in to practice.
You will need to be RMN qualified, with a current NMC pin number.
The position is permanent full time and offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including:
