Position - Registered Mental Health Nurse - Brighton

Salary - up to £30,577 per annum plus enhancements - negotiable depending on experience
Hours - Full or Part Time Permanent available
My client is a small private hospital providing Acute and Addiction treatment; they are currently recruiting for RMNs on Full or Part Time basis.
You will work long days either 07:30-20:00hrs or 18:30 - 08:00hrs, though my client will try and accommodate staff preferences for days or nights, they do like staff to at least do some day shifts to keep in touch with the service.
The severity of cases means they are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses who can thrive in an often-demanding environment. It will be challenging, and at times it can feel frustrating and dispiriting. But when your patients turn the corner, when you see that sign of progress, that's when you know all the effort was worth it. That's when you know you have the most extraordinary job.
My client specialises in treating service users with a wide range of mental health issues, including addictions, depression, anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
The hospital provides residential facilities for 17 inpatients and a wide range of outpatient treatment programmes and has an excellent reputation for the highest standards of mental healthcare provision. Clinical services are delivered by their consultant-led multidisciplinary team incorporating therapists, counsellors, nurses and specialist support staff.
While you'll be RMN qualified and NMC registered, they will be looking for a range of qualities that go beyond your qualifications and technical ability. Whether you are currently working elsewhere or returning to practice, you'll be patient centric with a commitment to delivering high quality care. Finely tuned decision-making skills, communication skills and organisational capacity are a must, while your flexibility and can-do attitude will enable our patients to build on their existing strengths and feel positive about their lives.
