They require a dynamic individual for the following role:
HEAD OF IN PATIENT CENTRE
As a result of retirement, we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated manager, who is a senior nurse, to lead and develop the In Patient Centre. You will have proven experience of strong influential leadership and managing complex teams in a senior managerial position. The In Patient Centre provides specialist palliative care through its team of nurses and support staff and was recently transformed through a multi-million pound investment. This post is a key position and the post-holder will also be a member of the Management Team. Extensive personal and managerial development opportunities will be provided.
The successful post-holder will be responsible for ensuring strong multidisciplinary working and maintaining networks to ensure our Client is at the forefront of high quality effective specialist palliative care within their area. You will have the opportunity to influence at both a regional and national level. As part of the Management Team, you will support the development and implementation of their strategy, whilst leading the operational delivery of the In Patient Centre business plan – and contributing to policy development and the overall achievement of their objectives.
