£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension
Compass Associates are delighted to be assisting the UK's leading Ophthalmic Hospital group in their search for a Clinical Services Manager, based at their North London Hospital. This site boasts of fantastic transport links, and is easily accessible both from the Northern line, and by car.
The Clinical Services Manager position comes with a very attractive salary package, which includes a Bonus structure, Pension, Private Health Care, 25 days AL + bank holidays, Life Insurance, Discounts and many more which can be discussed at interview stage.
We are looking for a candidate with natural leadership skills that has been in a similar type of position (Ophthalmic Lead/ Deputy Matron etc.) within the last few years. Ideally, you will have experience within Ophthalmic's, have the ability to lead a team, be competent with Clinical Audits, CQC, Risk Management etc.
In return, there is a highly competitive salary on offer, ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits.
You must be either a RGN with a valid NMC registration or be an ODP with ophthalmic experience, registered to the HCPC.
