In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality focused national care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the management and success of a medium sized, purpose built nursing home in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The nursing home is situated in the Hodge Hill area of Birmingham and is registered to provide care to older people with nursing, dementia and complex care needs.
The successful candidate will oversee the operational management of the care home, whilst supporting a staff team to ensure high standards of person centred care are delivered at all times. A thorough understanding of CQC and care legislations is required along with sound business acumen to effectively manage the financial and marketing aspects of the business.
Candidates, who apply, must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse RGN or RMN and have current experience working as a Registered Manager of an elderly nursing home. Completion of the Registered Manager’s Award / NVQ 4 / Level 5 or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from an excellent salary of up to £50,000 per annum along with additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
