Staff Nurse - Long Eaton, Nottingham
£14.00 - £15.00 per hour + paid breaks + excellent benefits (£27,664 - £29,640 per annum)

Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a national care home provider with an outstanding reputation within the private sector. We are leading their search for a Staff Nurse in the Long Eaton area of Nottingham; the home specialises in the provision of nursing and dementia care and has 40 beds in total.
The care provided within this home is specialist which means that NHS intake is natural and care is also provided for the young physically disabled as well as the elderly requiring personalised care, making the site varied yet small and easily manageable. The site operates 3 seperate unit with 10-15 beds on each unit.
You will be supported on shift by 2 other staff nurses on your individual unit; you will also be assisted by a clinical unit manager, several care staff, a clinical services and a long standing home manager.
You will be offered university accredited training and development plans (including preceptorship if needed) and ongoing reviews, supervisions and 1-2-1 guidance you will receive strong managerial support alongside support from a well versed and long standing staff nurse team assisted by a wealth of well-trained senior care staff.
Reporting to the Home Manager as a Staff Nurse your duties are as follows:
"Complex assessments and pre assessments of residents coming onto your unit
"Care planning, monitoring and implementing
"Delivering clinical advice and guidance
"Supporting new staff on your unit
"Delegating tasks to care staff on your shift

Firstly and foremost you must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. You will come from a care home background with experience of working with elderly and dementia, with a minimum of a years' experience in a staff nurse/senior role.
