Staff Nurse - Wednesbury, West Midlands
Salary: £14.28 - £15.00 per hour + excellent benefits (£32,673 per annum)

One of the UK's largest independent healthcare providers is currently seeking Staff Nurses for their stunning purpose-built 76 bedded nursing home based in Wednesbury, Walsall. This care centre is on all local bus routes and is assessible via vehicle.
Ideally located it has been specifically designed to provide palliative care and general nursing care offering intermediate care to the community in the local area. The service is fully compliant and only requires one staff nurse therefore making it fully staffed with another permanent nurse on days and a permanent night nurse, you will be supported by a clinical lead, deputy manager and long standinhg home manager.

Your role as Staff Nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical excellence alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents; having a client centred approach is essential for the position and you will work alongside 2 other staff nurses on shift and will be supported be a nurse home manager and a well-established deputy manager.
Applicants for the Staff Nurse role should:
-Hold a current NMC registration and have the legal right to work within the UK
-Have strong leadership and clinical skillset
-Maintain a person centred approach to care
-Up to date with current practises and regulations
-Most importantly have a passion for caring
