Home Manager – Birmingham
£50,000 per annum
In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a forward thinking care home provider to recruit and experienced Home Manager for their well-established, ‘Good’ rated nursing home in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The nursing home is registered to provide care and support for up to 54 older people with nursing, dementia and complex care needs.
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the nursing home, whilst managing, developing and supporting the staff team to deliver the highest standards of care.
A nursing qualification and a valid NMC pin number are required for this role along with a proven background working as a CQC Registered Home Manager within elderly nursing homes. An in-depth knowledge of CQC and current care regulations are required along with strong business acumen to effectively manage the financial budgeting and marketing aspects of the home.
We are searching for a strong leader with a passion for high standards to take the lead of this service and have the drive and motivation to take the home to the next level.
This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum along with additional benefits including a generous performance related bonus.
