A small nursing home in North Leeds currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their management team in the post of Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager.

In this role you will be Clinical Lead for the home, taking responsibility for all aspects of the clinical management of the service and you will also support the Registered Manager in the general operational management of the service, deputising in their absence.

This position offers excellent rates of pay of £17 per hour and you will benefit from excellent working conditions and a supportive environment. You will work full time hours of 42 per week on day shifts.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Registered with the NMC as an Adult/General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

• From a strong background in senior nursing roles in a care home setting, ideally with prior experience as Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and quality standards, Health and Safety regulations and all legislation relevant to the care home sector

• Possess very strong clinical skills and knowledge and able to undertake all aspects of care planning and delivery in line with best practices of care
