Peripatetic Clinical Services Manager - Lancashire/Cumbria
Salary: £35,000 + expenses + excellent benefits
Hours: 40 hours, shifts as required by sites

Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a highly regarded national care home provider with and outstanding reputation. We are leading their search for a top performing Peripatetic Clinical Services Manager (Deputy) to offer their clinical expertise across a small portfolio of cares homes based in and around Lancashire and Cumbria. You will cover facilities in Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Kendal and Penrith, supporting each home with your clinical expertise and experience.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have responsibility for working across a small group of Nursing Homes, working with and standing in for other Clinical Service Managers to ensure compliance with CQC legislation, maintaining high levels of clinical care / clinical governance, supervisions of clinical staff and audits to ensure the home you're covering operates as a centre of clinical excellence.
You will be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centered care. You will also possess a sound and up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning. You will be a Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) and must be registered with the NMC. You also must have some sort of Managerial experience.
This exciting opportunity is Full Time based over Day shifts (working a mixture of shift work or 9am - 5pm depending on need) and there is an attractive salary on offer of £35,000 plus an impressive benefits package.
