In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a national care home provider to recruit and experienced Care Home Manager for their well-established nursing home in Ruislip, Hillingdon.

Situated in a great location, this modern, purpose built nursing home in Ruislip, Hillingdon is registered to provide care and support to older people with nursing, residential and dementia care needs as well as providing specialist care to younger people with physical disabilities.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the nursing home, whilst providing strong leadership and support to the staff team to ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the home.

For this service, we are searching for an experienced and passionate Home Manager who has a proven and successful background achieving and maintaining CQC compliance within elderly nursing homes. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential along with strong business acumen to effectively manage the financial budgeting and marketing aspects of the home.

An Adult Nursing RGN qualification and a valid NMC pin will be highly advantageous, however not essential.

This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity. My client is offering a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum to the successful candidate.
